Yvette Jenkins is an Assistant Vice President and Lead Business Manager on the Chief of Staff team for the COO of T. Rowe Price Associates, Incorporated, a global investment management firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. She has been with the firm for 15 years and has held several roles in the business binding core capabilities in the areas of leadership, risk, operations, and compliance. In addition to her primary job responsibilities, Mrs. Jenkins lends her talent to firm-wide Diversity, Equity, Inclusion efforts.
Mrs. Jenkins earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Morgan State University and M.S. in Negations and Conflict Management from The University of Baltimore. She is also a trained mediator with Community Mediation Maryland and enjoys serving as a volunteer mediator with the Conflict Resolution Center of Baltimore County (CRCBC).

Growing up in a family of community advocacy and public education, she has a passion for assisting marginalized communities and educating others on relevant resources to support individual needs.
LaStelshia is also a certified genealogist and studied holistic herbal studies educator. In her pastime, LaStelshia thoroughly enjoys nature photography and hiking.

Jim is currently an attorney with Royston, Mueller, McLean & Reid, LLP, located in Towson, Maryland. While attending law school, Jim Shea worked as a law clerk and summer associate for a medium-sized firm in Baltimore in general litigation. After graduating from law school, Jim served for 12 months as law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen G. Cox of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. Jim joined Royston in August of 2007 and has maintained a practice in a variety of areas involving general civil litigation since that time. Jim joined the CRCBC Board in the fall of 2023.

Kimberly is a professional planner. She leads the long-range planning department in Maryland’s fastest growing county. Her work includes planning for land preservation, parks, infrastructure, and communities for new homes and businesses. Prior to her current position, Kimberly worked as a planner for the State of Maryland, where she was responsible for the creation of the State’s first Hazard Mitigation Plan, and in the private, non-profit sector for organizations focused on smart growth and historic preservation. Kimberly earned a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University.

As a lead practitioner and facilitator, she has demonstrated a keen understanding of the importance of embracing diversity within the educational fabric. During the unprecedented challenges posed by a global pandemic, Heidi showcased her crisis leadership acumen by designing and communicating multiple plans to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment for faculty, staff, students, and families. Her transformative and servant leadership style is characterized by a commitment to empowering others through trust and relationship building, creating an atmosphere conducive to growth and collaboration. Her tenure as Middle School Principal and Director of City Curriculum,, coupled with roles as Assistant Principal and Director of Community Partnerships, underscores her versatility and depth of experience. Heidi's teaching background, ranging from elementary to middle school levels, further enriches her perspective on educational leadership.
Beyond her administrative and teaching roles, Heidi has invested in continuous professional development.
