The Conflict Resolution Center of Baltimore County supports individuals and groups to resolve conflicts peacefully through mediation, community dialogue, and education.

Last year alone, the Conflict Resolution Center of Baltimore County intervened to help 2,919 people through 1,011 referrals to our organization.

Behind these numbers are real people—neighbors who can now greet each other without tension, families who have found ways to communicate more effectively, and community members who feel heard and respected.

The demand for our services continues to grow, and we need your help so that we can continue to reach those who need us the most.

The Growing Need

We see it every day on the news. We read about it in our local papers and see the discussion on social media. Conflict is increasingly becoming more of an issue and is at the root of many problems within our communities.

In today's increasingly divided world, the need for conflict resolution skills and services has never been more pressing. The tensions manifest in our local communities, workplaces, schools, and even our homes.

Now more than ever, we need spaces where:

  • Differences can be addressed constructively
  • All voices can be heard
  • Solutions can be found together

Donations to the Conflict Resolution Center of Baltimore County not only fund programs—they rebuild relationships between neighbors who haven't spoken in years. They give students the skills to break cycles of violence in their schools. Families find healing through our mediation services rather than costly legal battles. They create safe spaces where community members can discuss difficult issues with kindness and respect.

When you support these programs, you become a partner - you are part of every reconciliation, every peaceful resolution, and every moment of understanding that replaces conflict in our community.
